Care Home Staff
Tynefield Court Care Home is owned and run by two Directors; Mrs Renu Khosla and Mrs Sonia Ghai. Mrs Sonia Ghai, has been registered to Tynefield Court Care Home for eight years, and is also the proud owner of other care homes within the Midlands.
The registered Manager of Tynefield Court Care Home is Mary Barker RN Ba (Hons).
High standards of nursing care are consistently delivered to clients with complex needs.
24 hour Registered General Nurse Cover is provided, shifts are:
Mornings 8.00am - 2.00pm
Afternoons 2.00pm – 8.00pm
Nights 8.00pm – 8.00am
All Staff are selected for their qualities, experience and professionalism. References are checked thoroughly, and training is ongoing for all staff.

NVQ’S available - Our aim is to train all Care Assistants to at least NVQ level 2. Our training programme meets the CQC recommendations and also specific requirements for the Service User’s needs.
